What you’ll learn:

  • Designing colour-led abstract compositions using hue, saturation, and value.

  • Constructing vibrant, high-impact colour relationships.

  • Using layering, overlapping, and proportion to create rhythm and interaction between shapes.

  • Refining balance, visual flow, and spatial harmony through shape placement and colour distribution.

When: Saturday 28th March 2026 10am - 12pm (arrival from 9:30am for welcome tea or coffee and pastries)
Duration: 2 hours
Location: The studio of Delyth Williams
Class size: Max 3 participants (immersive, studio based learning within a collaborative environment)

Materials provided:

  • Acrylic paints in a carefully curated palette designed for dynamic colour exploration

  • Brushes, palettes, water cups, and paper towels

  • Canvas or heavyweight paper (A4/A3)

  • Masking tape or stencils for sharp geometric edges

Investment: £50 per person (materials included)
