Discover the art of using black ink to create your own abstract compositions!

What you’ll learn:

  • How to build movement and rhythm using expressive lines and marks

  • Abstracting the sea, land, and natural forms into dynamic shapes

  • Techniques for layering marks to create texture and depth

  • Tips on composition and subtle details to elevate your artwork

When: Saturday 7th March 2026 10am - 12pm (arrival from 9:30am for welcome tea or coffee and pastries)
Duration: 2 hours
Location: The Studio of Delyth Williams
Class size: Max 3 participants (immersive, studio based learning within a collaborative environment)

Materials provided:

  • Black ink

  • Brushes, pens, nibs, and sticks for mark-making

  • Heavyweight paper (A4/A3)

  • Water cups, palettes, and paper towels

Investment: £50 per person (materials included)

All workshop bookings are non-refundable. Due to limited spaces and preparation costs, refunds cannot be offered for cancellations or no-shows. Bookings may be transferred to another person with prior notice. If the workshop is cancelled by myself, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
